Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Leasing, Property Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements and leasing regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet prospective tenants, providing a positive and professional first impression.
• Conduct property tours, showcasing available apartment homes, amenities, and communal areas.
• Assist prospective tenants with the application process and ensure required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Conduct tenant screenings, including background and credit checks, in compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations.
• Assist with lease negotiations and explain lease terms, rent procedures, and fees.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote available units through online listings, social media, and other materials.
• Maintain records of leasing activities and prepare leasing reports.
