Job summary

Rose Associates is seeking a dynamic Leasing Representative for our multifamily properties in New York City. You will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, conduct property tours, present unit features, and guide applicants through the leasing process with professionalism and hospitality.

We value strong communication, reliable follow-through, and the ability to balance resident needs with leasing goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• 1 year of leasing or sales experience, preferably in multifamily residential properties.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in navigating computers and property management software (Microsoft Office, iLuvLeasing, On-Site, Yardi).
• Knowledge of fair housing regulations and leasing practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including tours, presenting units, and responding to inquiries in person, by phone, and by email.
• Assist potential residents through the application process and conduct background and credit checks.
• Build positive relationships with residents and the property management team.
• Collaborate with on-site maintenance to handle requests and communicate with residents about repairs and renewals.
