Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• At least 1 year of leasing or sales experience in multifamily properties.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with Yardi, iLuvLeasing, On-Site and Microsoft Office.
• Able to obtain NY real estate license within 120 days.

Aufgaben

• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospects.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process and document submission.
• Perform background and credit checks per policy and communicate decisions.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents and the management team.
• Process deposits and rent, and keep leasing records organized.
• Prepare lease agreements compliant with policy and local laws.
• Respond to inquiries on-site, by phone, and via email.
