Rose Associates in New York is seeking a dynamic Leasing Representative for multifamily properties. You will be the first contact for prospective residents, showcase available units, and guide applicants through the leasing process with a focus on a positive experience.

The role requires on-site presence, strong communication, and ability to manage documents, background and credit checks, and lease agreements.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of leasing or sales experience, preferably in multifamily properties.
• Proficiency in using property management software including Yardi, On-Site, iLuvLeasing, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing regulations and leasing practices.
• Ability to obtain NYS real estate license within 120 days of employment.

Mansioni

• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective residents.
• Assist applicants through the leasing process and gather required documents.
• Perform background and credit checks per policy and communicate status.
• Build relationships with residents and the management team to ensure a welcoming leasing office.
• Coordinate maintenance requests with on-site team and update residents.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and analyze traffic to inform marketing.
• Receive deposits and rent payments and record transactions.
• Assist with lease agreements and maintain organized leasing records.
