Job summary

Rose Associates is seeking a Leasing Representative for multifamily properties in New York City. You will be the first contact for prospective residents, showcasing units, guiding applicants, and ensuring a positive leasing experience.

The role requires strong communication and sales skills, familiarity with Yardi and MS Office, and the ability to work weekends. A NY real estate license within 120 days is preferred. Competitive compensation with benefits is provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective residents.
• Guide applicants through the application process and background/credit checks.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents and staff to ensure a welcoming leasing office.
• Process deposits, rent payments, and record transactions accurately.
• Prepare weekly/monthly leasing and sales reports as assigned.
