Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a capable Leasing Agent to lease and support the growth and profitability of a multi-family home complex in Greeley, CO. You will present property and amenities to prospective tenants, advertise units, and determine living standards to meet housing needs.

The role requires handling rental applications, screening prospects, and negotiating leasing terms while coordinating with tenants, staff, owners and regulators to maintain market awareness and tenant

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in property management a plus.
• Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices.
• Knowledgeable in Fair Credit, Equal Housing a plus.

Responsibilities

• Present property and amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants.
• Advertise available units and property on various media platforms.
• Determine the needs, living standards and housing requirements of prospective tenants.
• Accept rental applications, screen prospective and negotiate leasing terms.
• Act as a liaison between tenants, corporate staff, property owners and government regulators.
• Remain knowledgeable in housing industry and market trends.
• Support maintenance staff by issuing works, periodic property inspections and scheduling maintenance appointments.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
