Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Leasing Specialist for a multi‑family community in Colorado. You will greet prospective residents, tour properties, and showcase apartments while coordinating marketing efforts to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will qualify leads, process applications, perform background checks, prepare leases, and support renewal and onboarding processes. Proficiency with property management software and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and showcase available apartments and amenities.
• Qualify leads, process rental applications, run background and credit checks, and prepare lease documents.
• Ensure units are move‑in ready by inspecting them and coordinating with maintenance.
• Execute lease agreements and move‑in packages to ensure a smooth onboarding.
