Job summary

TRG Management Company LLLP is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Town Vineland Orlando, FL. You will partner with the property management team to deliver outstanding service and guide prospective tenants through the leasing process.

The ideal candidate has a strong customer service orientation, familiarity with leasing in multifamily housing, and experience in hospitality or front-desk roles. On-site work with competitive salary and benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years in customer service, hospitality, or multifamily real estate.
• Experience leasing is a plus but not required.
• Strong customer service orientation and presenting abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective tenants in line with Fair Housing Standards.
• Show model apartments and explain layouts, amenities, and lease terms.
• Complete lease forms, collect security deposits, and renewals.
• Maintain property condition and arrange essential maintenance.
• Manage the leasing/renewal process end-to-end.
• Provide exceptional service and build rapport with residents.
• Process applications, credit checks, and approvals with timely follow-up.
