TRG Management Company, LLLP in Orlando is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support residents with exceptional service from inquiry through move-in. You will show model apartments, explain layouts, terms, and available amenities, and collect deposits while adhering to Fair Housing standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 2 years in customer service or hospitality, and basic MS Office skills. Prior leasing experience is a plus.

Formación

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, conventional or multifamily real estate.
• Previous leasing experience is a plus, not a requirement.
• Strong customer service orientation and presenting abilities.
• Working with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Interview prospective tenants per Fair Housing standards.
• Accompany prospects to model apartments and explain size, layout, amenities, and lease terms.
• Process lease forms and collect security deposits.
• Inspect property and arrange necessary maintenance.
• Compile a list of available units and manage leasing/renewal from start to finish.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build connections with residents.
• Process applications and follow up with candidates on status.
• Direct prospects to sister communities if needed.
• Monitor local market trends and update property comparables.
