Job summary

TRG Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Town Vineland in Orlando, FL. You will partner with the property management team to deliver exceptional service to prospective and current residents.

Responsibilities include conducting interviews, touring model apartments, processing applications and deposits, and ensuring units are ready for move-in, while upholding Fair Housing standards. Prior leasing or hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of customer service, hospitality, or multifamily real estate experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and presentation skills.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective tenants and explain terms within Fair Housing standards.
• Show model units and describe layouts, amenities, and lease terms.
• Collect security deposits and complete lease paperwork.
• Process applications, credit checks, and approvals with the Community Manager.
• Coordinate move-in readiness and follow up with prospects.
