Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills are essential. You will collaborate with the onsite team to achieve occupancy goals and ensure resident satisfaction through proactive service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
• Basic computer skills in a Windows environment are expected.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest by tours and answering questions about amenities and grounds.
• Drive sales by highlighting community quality and lifestyle.
• Assist prospects in qualification for an apartment home and start background checks.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
• Deliver exceptional service to residents and support retention.
• Coordinate paperwork related to apartment rentals and office duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
