Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Madison, WI is seeking a Leasing Consultant, Multifamily to support onsite management teams. You will greet prospects, tour the property, and highlight amenities to drive occupancy and rent growth, while establishing rapport with residents and applicants.

You will qualify applicants, coordinate move-in paperwork, and deliver exceptional service to residents and prospects. Travel between properties is possible, and a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience
• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school
• Proficient in Windows-based computers and standard office software

Responsibilities

• Generate interest in the community by touring the property and answering questions about amenities
• Drive the sale by highlighting the quality of the community and the apartment lifestyle
• Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment by collecting information and initiating background checks
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in
• Deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed expectations and maintain retention
• Coordinate paperwork and office activities related to apartment rentals and be a team player
• Other duties as assigned
