Responsibilities

• Generate interest by touring the property with prospects and answering questions about amenities.
• Drive sales by highlighting the community quality and lifestyle of the apartments.
• Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment home and initiate background checks.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in and coordinate paperwork.
• Deliver excellent service to residents to support retention.
• Coordinate required office activities and rental paperwork.
