Job summary

Affiliated Resources Group (ARG) seeks a Leasing Specialist to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for single and multi-family units in Decatur, GA. You will implement occupancy policies in line with HUD and local laws, and help residents access community services.

The role requires leasing, administrative, resident retention, and neighborhood marketing duties, with knowledge of Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office. Strong customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in housing management or related public contact role.
• 2 years customer service experience.
• Knowledge of HUD/fair housing principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, marketing, and resident relations for single and multi-family units.
• Implement occupancy policies per HUD and applicable laws.
• Assist residents in accessing community services.
• Maintain rent collection, move-in/out, and HUD 50058 forms.
• Neighborhood marketing and resident events/outreach.
