Job summary

Affiliated Resources Group (ARG) is seeking a Leasing Specialist to manage leasing, marketing and positive resident relations for single and multi-family units. You will implement occupancy policies in accordance with HUD, handle applications, rent collection, renewals, and coordinate with property management teams to ensure compliance and exceptional resident service.

The role requires flexible hours, strong communication, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in housing management or related field.
• Two years of experience in customer service.
• Fair Housing certification preferred but not required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property software (Yardi Voyager).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Leases, markets, and maintains positive resident relations for units.
• Process admissions and occupancy per HUD/local laws and procedures.
• Collect rents, post payments, and manage renewals; maintain records.
• Coordinate with property management teams and conduct neighborhood marketing.
• Support resident retention and assist with community events.
