Columbia Residential Properties, LLC is seeking a Community Leasing Specialist in Atlanta to actively market, tour, and lease apartments while delivering exceptional resident relations. You will support day-to-day property operations, execute marketing campaigns, and prepare lease documents with accuracy and integrity.

The role emphasizes pre-qualification, screening applicants, and maintaining renewals and occupancy targets within a collaborative team environment at our Georgia properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or sales within property management is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Familiarity with LIHTC or affordable housing a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare property for guests before opening, following established procedures.
• Lease apartments and aggressively market the property to meet occupancy goals.
• Assist with day-to-day operations, including phones, data entry, and events.
• Conduct site tours, show models and available units to prospects.
• Develop effective telephone and in-person sales techniques and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate inventory of available apartments and renewals.
