Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Two years of experience in customer service or related field.
• Fair Housing Certification (preferred)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Yardi Voyager.

Responsibilities

• Leasing, marketing and maintaining positive resident relations for single and multi-family units.
• Implement occupancy policies in accordance with HUD and local laws.
• Assist residents in accessing community services and resources.
• Perform admissions and occupancy tasks for low-income and market units.
• Maintain professional records and renewal processes.
