Job summary

Affiliated Resources Group (ARG) is seeking an Assistant Property Manager I to support corporate office operations and on-site Market, Section 8, Tax Credit/Bond and LIHTC properties. The role involves leasing, budgeting support, and regulatory compliance across sites in the Atlanta area.

You will work with on-site teams to prepare for reviews and audits, manage data in YARDI, and assist with ownership reporting. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and 2+ years in property management is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years progressive experience in Property Management.
• Experience with HUD/Section 8-based properties is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of property operations, budgeting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Follows policies for property management and marketing of Market, Section 8, Tax Credit/Bond and LIHTC housing sites.
• Assists with budgeting, monitoring budgets, and ownership reporting.
• Coordinates with on-site teams to prepare sites for state or governmental reviews and audits.
• Provides leasing services and processes applications and deposits.
• Enters invoices and payment data into YARDI and monitors timely payments.
