Job summary

Hillwood Properties, a premier real estate developer, seeks a Leasing Professional to drive leasing performance across multifamily communities. You will deliver outstanding resident service, tour prospects, and manage lease documentation with a focus on retention and community success.

You will join Hillwood Properties' Multifamily Division and collaborate with marketing and operations while ensuring compliance with fair housing laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in multifamily leasing, property management, hospitality, sales, or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, and team members.
• Greet, pre-qualify, identify needs, tour, and maintain timely follow-up communication with prospective residents.
• Prepare, process, and maintain lease documentation in accordance with company policies and quality standards.
• Maintain knowledge of the community, amenities, floor plans, pricing, and local market conditions.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, outreach, resident events, and retention programs.
• Support renewal efforts through proactive communication and service.
• Handle administrative tasks including filing, supplies, emails, and service requests.
