Job summary

Hillwood Properties is seeking a customer‑focused Leasing Professional to support multifamily communities within AllianceTexas Town Center. You will drive leasing, support retention, deliver excellent service, and provide strong administrative assistance to the property team.

The role requires exceptional communication, organization, and a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset, with flexibility to work weekends and events as needed. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in multifamily leasing, property management, hospitality, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, pre-qualify, identify needs, tour, and follow up with prospective residents.
• Prepare, process, and maintain lease documentation per policy.
• Maintain knowledge of community, amenities, pricing, and market conditions.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, resident events, and retention programs.
• Support renewal efforts and proactive resident communication.
• Handle admin tasks and respond to emails and messages.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Travel for events and support sister properties as needed.
