Hillwood Properties is seeking a Leasing Professional to drive leasing performance across AllianceTexas Town Center. You will deliver outstanding customer service to residents and prospects, pre-qualify, tour, and follow up to close leases.

The role includes lease documentation, marketing support, and coordinating retention programs in a fast-paced multifamily setting. You will work on-site, collaborate with teams, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws while maintaining strong knowledge

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in multifamily leasing or property management preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet, pre-qualify, tour, and follow up with prospective residents.
• Prepare and maintain lease documentation per policies.
• Support marketing initiatives and resident retention programs.
• Handle administrative tasks and respond to emails and messages.
• Conduct property inspections and report maintenance needs.
