Hillwood Properties' Multifamily Division is seeking a Leasing Professional to support our multifamily communities at AllianceTexas Town Center. You will drive leasing performance, provide top-tier customer service, and manage lease documentation with accuracy.

Responsibilities include marketing support, resident retention, and collaboration with maintenance and staff, while upholding Fair Housing compliance and professional representation of Hillwood.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Previous leasing/property management or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, pre-qualify, tour prospects and maintain timely follow-up.
• Prepare, process, and maintain lease documentation per policy.
• Know community amenities, pricing, and local market conditions.
• Support marketing initiatives, resident events, and retention efforts.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance and professional representation.
