You will maintain market knowledge, perform marketing activities, follow up with leads in CRM, coordinate with maintenance, and support lease renewals. Strong customer service and closing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in multifamily property management leasing preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales/closing abilities.
• Entrata experience preferred and CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, and secure lease signings.
• Inspect units, ensure move-in readiness, and coordinate with maintenance.
• Follow up with leads within 24 hours and manage renewals.
• Execute marketing activities and drive traffic to the community.
• Support leasing metrics and compliance with policy.
