StoneCreek Communities in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Leasing Consultant (Bilingual) to attract and lease up our apartment homes. You will greet prospects, show apartments, and guide them through the lease signing process.

This role requires 2 years of multifamily leasing experience and Spanish bilingual ability. Entrata experience is a plus, and you will work Monday through Friday with rotating weekend shifts to support our community.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in multifamily property management leasing.
• Bilingual - Spanish required.
• Entrata experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain resident relations to achieve occupancy goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and sign leases.
• Inspect apartments before move-in, coordinate with maintenance, and follow up with leads within 24 hours.
• Execute marketing activities and manage CRM interactions.

Responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations.****Duties/Responsibilities:** • Maintain a clear knowledge of current prices, property information, and comps in the market. • Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community’s revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours and showing apartments and ensuring a smooth resident move-in and lease signing. • Inspects apartments before residents move in, ensures apartments are in ready condition, and schedules any outstanding items to be addressed with the maintenance team. • Follow up with all leads in CRM/PMS within 24 hours • Complete work order callbacks daily to ensure resident satisfaction. • Follow company policies and procedures. • Complete required monthly training in the company’s LMS. • Designs and executes marketing activities to create and drive traffic to the community, using internet marketing tools (and following other community-specific marketing plans, drives, and special programs. • Ensures that the community and show units meet the Company’s standards for show quality by inspecting the leasing tour daily and communicating maintenance and upkeep needs to the community’s maintenance team members. • Executes and performs activities supporting the community’s lease renewal program by preparing lease renewal letters and packages for residents, meeting with and contacting renewing residents before move-out dates and ensuring that lease renewal documents are signed and implemented on time. • Responds quickly and courteously to resident and client/owner concerns and questions, resolves problems and/or documents, and conveys requests to the appropriate individual(s). • Performs other related duties as assigned.**Competencies:**• Sales and closing ability, overcoming objections and follow up discipline • Customer service excellence, problem solving and conflict resolution • Deescalation skills with frustrated residents • Communication skills, clear and professional etiquette • Fair Housing and legal compliance knowledge • Marketing and CRM proficiency • Organization and administrative ability • Team collaboration**Physical Requirements:** Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer, standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting potential residents.
