• 2 years of experience in multifamily property management leasing preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and professional communication.
• Experience with property management software (Entrata) preferred.

• Greet, qualify, and tour prospects to achieve occupancy goals.
• Inspect and prepare apartments for move-in and coordinate renewals.
• Follow up with leads within 24 hours and manage lease paperwork.
• Coordinate with maintenance and show units to maintain quality standards.
