The Bainbridge Companies, LLC is seeking a customer-focused Leasing Specialist to tailor the leasing experience, tour luxury communities, and close leases with top-notch service. You’ll manage the leasing process, assist with renewals, and contribute to proactive marketing efforts in a dynamic property management team.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, sales aptitude, and a passion for hospitality.

Formación

• High school education or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Fluency in reading and writing English.
• Proficient with MS Office and property management software.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and tour guests to showcase community value and amenities.
• Prepare lease paperwork, run credit/background checks, and coordinate move-in.
• Support local marketing through social media, events, and promotions.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service to residents and guests; address inquiries promptly.
• Proactively reach out to prospects via calls and emails to generate tours.
• Assist with lease renewals and resident retention through personalized service.
• Handle administrative duties such as reporting, file maintenance, and rent processing.
