Qualifications

• Previous leasing or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with diverse people.
• Detail-oriented.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (Yardi, Knock, OneSite).
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• This role MAY require a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Welcome and tour guests, showcasing luxury communities and value.
• Manage the leasing process: prepare lease paperwork, run credit/background checks, coordinate move-in.
• Marketing: champion and implement local and digital media strategies across socials, events, and promos.
• Provide best-in-class customer service to residents and guests.
• Proactively reach out to prospects via calls, email campaigns, and networking events to generate leads.
• Assist with lease renewals and resident retention.
• Perform admin duties: reporting, leasing files, updating resident databases, processing payments
