Job summary

The Bainbridge Companies is seeking an Assistant Property Manager on site to support the Community Manager. You will lease units, maintain resident files, process rents via the resident portal and assist with turnovers and renewals, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with state laws.

You will supervise none directly but work closely with property staff to maximize occupancy, manage budgets, and handle resident relations with professionalism and timeliness.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent is required; a college degree is a plus.
• Ability to fluently read and write English.
• Ability to perform intermediate math and use on-site resident management software.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease and move in prospective residents.
• Maintain excellent customer service with residents, vendors and staff.
• Oversee marketing plans to maximize occupancy and rental income.
• Review Final Accounting Statements (FAS) and ensure accuracy per state law.
• Prepare and deliver legal notices and handle move‑ins/move‑outs per standards.
