Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking an Assistant/Leasing Consultant for a full-time, on-site role at a multifamily property. You will support leasing, rent collection, and resident services, reporting to the Property Manager and assisting in daily operations.

The position requires attention to detail, customer service excellence, and familiarity with Fair Housing laws. Weekend availability may be required to meet staffing needs and emergencies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in multifamily property management or leasing.
• Familiar with OneSite/Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and Property Code.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain resident records and lease files.
• Assist in leasing, rent collection, and financial reporting.
• Support property operations and customer service for residents.
