Qualifications

• Three years of insurance experience in multifamily real estate.
• Familiarity with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac insurance requirements.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance coverage: property, general liability, umbrella liability.
• Ability to review policies, binders, certificates, and endorsements meeting guidelines.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with risk awareness.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Perform annual renewal compliance oversight for a multifamily servicing portfolio.
• Coordinate renewal policy reviews by vendors or internal team.
• Review coverage forms, limits, deductibles, endorsements, and required wording.
• Reconcile vendor outputs and ensure timely closure of issues.
• Maintain direct client contact for experience and compliance status.
• Assess renewal-related risks and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with servicing, asset management and risk partners.
• Track insurance origination and onboarding activities.
