Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an Agency Insurance Associate in Loan Servicing and Asset Management to oversee multifamily insurance compliance and ensure investor-owned loans meet coverage and documentation requirements.

You will coordinate renewal reviews with vendors and internal teams, assess risks, manage exceptions, and maintain records to support audit readiness and client experience.

Qualifications

• Three years of insurance experience in multifamily real estate.
• Familiarity with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac insurance requirements and lender standards.
• Knowledge of commercial property, general liability, professional liability, and umbrella/excess liability.
• Ability to review policies, binders, endorsements, certificates, and evidence of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform annual insurance renewal compliance oversight for a multifamily servicing portfolio.
• Coordinate renewal policy reviews by third-party vendors or internal teams.
• Review coverage forms, limits, deductibles, endorsements, and insured wording for compliance.
• Reconcile vendor outputs and track issues to resolution within deadlines.
• Maintain direct client and borrower contact as the primary compliance liaison.
