Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a dedicated Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain property grounds, exteriors, and common areas. You will support the maintenance team with make-ready tasks and ensure curb appeal for residents.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to work outdoors in varying weather, and adherence to safety and company procedures. On-site work with weekend availability as needed, within a Dallas-based portfolio across the country.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Must be able to take direction and follow company procedures.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to remove litter, debris, and pet waste from common areas.
• Keep leasing office, pathways, stairwells, laundry rooms, pool areas, and parking lots clean and presentable.
• Use blowers, brooms, and other tools to clean sidewalks and outdoor walkways.
• Perform trash-out duties for vacated units and dispose of abandoned items as directed.
• Detail the grounds regularly, including raking shrub beds and shoveling mud or dirt as needed.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks, including make-ready efforts, when requested.
