Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper for an on-site multifamily community. You will maintain grounds, amenities, exteriors, and common areas while supporting the maintenance team on varied tasks. Weekend availability may be required to meet community needs.

Preferred candidates are detail-oriented, able to work outdoors in all weather, and capable of moderate physical tasks such as lifting and bending. Valid driver’s license and Grace Hill training are recommended.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Must be able to take direction and follow company procedures.
• Must complete Grace Hill training.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to remove litter, debris, and pet waste from common areas.
• Keep leasing office, pathways, stairwells, laundry rooms, and other areas clean and presentable.
• Use blowers and brooms to clean sidewalks and walkways.
• Assist with make-ready tasks and minor repairs as requested.
• Change locks, rekey units, and distribute resident communications when needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and OSHA/ADA compliance; complete Grace Hill training by deadlines.
