Job summary

Impact Property Solutions in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to partner with our customers and drive long‑term success in the multifamily flooring market. You will develop relationships with portfolio clients and engage with senior decision makers to promote our products and accelerate revenue.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred), at least 2 years of customer sales experience, 2 years in flooring experience, and reliable

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years customer sales experience or related experience.
• Minimum 2 years flooring experience or related experience.
• Experience selling products and services to multifamily property management companies preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation, up to date auto insurance and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and build sales with existing customers and establish new accounts.
• Prepare sales presentations based on customer needs.
• Use CRM to document sales activities, scheduling, calls and reporting.
• Monitor pricing and products in the multifamily flooring market and report findings.
• Suggest new products and policies by evaluating results and competition.
• Resolve customer complaints by understanding concerns and offering solutions.
