Impact Property Solutions is actively seeking an experienced Account Manager in Tampa to partner with customers and ensure long-term success. You will develop relationships with portfolio customers and connect with key business executives and stakeholders.

The role requires fluency in all product lines and driving strategic direction to increase sales and profit. Join a team focused on superior service, quality workmanship, and rapid response times.

Qualifications

• Solid sales and account management experience in B2B environments.
• Experience selling to multifamily property management clients preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Develop and build sales with existing customers and establish new accounts.
• Prepare sales presentations based on customer needs.
• Utilize CRM to document activities, scheduling, reporting.
• Monitor competitive landscape by understanding multifamily flooring marketplace pricing, products, installations.
• Recommend new and innovative products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolve customer complaints by understanding concerns, developing solutions, and making recommendations.
