Jobot is seeking an experienced Multifamily Construction Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up multifamily projects in California. Qualified candidates bring 5–15 years of superintendent experience, proficiency with Procore and scheduling software, and an OSHA certification. A valid driver's license is required.

• Ground-up wood-frame and podium-style construction experience.
• Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, and construction scheduling software.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documents.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• LIHTC experience is a plus.

We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Construction Superintendent to lead the day‑to‑day field operations for ground‑up multifamily construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on construction leader with strong experience in wood‑frame and podium‑style construction who takes pride in delivering projects safely, on schedule, and to a high standard of quality.

Job Details

• 5–15 years of Superintendent experience in multifamily construction.
• Proven experience with ground‑up wood‑frame and podium‑style construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, scheduling, and building regulations.
• Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, and construction scheduling software.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
