Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Multifamily Construction Superintendent to lead on-site construction for a 166-unit, 3-story wood-frame development in Laurel Park, NC. You will supervise framing, finishes, and all field activities from initiation through completion, coordinating with the on-site Assistant Superintendent and GC team.

The role requires strong scheduling, safety, and quality-control skills, with the ability to manage contractors and maintain progress over an 8-month duration on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Construction Superintendent on multi-family or residential wood-frame projects (100+ units and multi-story)
• Experience supervising framing, finishes, and full project lifecycle on similar-scale developments
• Ability to lead field teams, manage subcontractors, and maintain schedule/quality under tight timelines
• Solid knowledge of construction documents, sequencing, and safety regulations
• Hands-on leadership style with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work full-time on-site for the project duration
• Physical capability to walk the jobsite and work in varying outdoor conditions

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities for a 166-unit, 3-story wood-frame multi-family project consisting of multiple buildings
• Manage and coordinate daily field operations, including ongoing framing on three buildings and subsequent phases through completion
• Develop, monitor, and adjust project schedules to ensure timely progress over the 8-month duration
• Supervise and direct subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to plans/specs, and productivity
• Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain a safe, organized jobsite
• Coordinate with the on-site Assistant Superintendent, owner’s superintendent and GC team
• Conduct regular quality control inspections, material coordination, and issue resolution
• Manage change orders, RFIs, and field documentation as needed
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, drawings, and project requirements
• Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders and report progress accurately
