Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations on a 312-unit ground-up multifamily development in Fayetteville, NC. You will lead on-site construction activities from start to finish, collaborating with the Project Manager and field team to deliver safety, quality, and schedule.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of MEP systems and construction sequencing, and the ability to manage subcontractors and read drawings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of superintendent experience on ground-up multifamily or commercial construction.
• Experience leading large-scale wood-frame multifamily developments.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, sequencing, inspections, and scheduling.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain project momentum.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices.
• Experience using Procore or similar construction management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Working closely with the Project Manager and field team, you will be responsible for driving safety, quality, scheduling, subcontractor performance, and overall project execution.
