Overview

Job Title: Framing Superintendent – Multifamily Construction

Location: Raleigh, NC (regional travel within NC/SC)

Our client is a fast-growing turnkey wood framing contractor seeking an experienced Framing Superintendent to lead multifamily projects throughout the Carolinas (with a large backlog in Raleigh). This role oversees field operations, large framing crews, and production delivery for high-volume multifamily projects with top developers and general contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up multifamily framing projects
• Coordinate with project managers, GCs, and ownership
• Drive schedule, production, quality, and safety performance
• Support project start-ups, close-outs, and regional oversight
• Base salary: $110,000 – $125,000 (based on experience)
• Vehicle allowance / PTO & Holidays / Health Insurance / Bonus

Travel & Requirements

• Regional travel primarily within NC and SC
• Projects targeted within driving distance when possible
• Company provides lodging if required
• 5+ years Superintendent experience in wood framing or multifamily
• Strong crew leadership, production, and schedule management
