Position Summary

As a Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing all aspects of multifamily construction projects. You'll be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects from start to finish, leading a team on-site to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day on-site construction activities for multifamily projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Review project plans and specifications, proactively addressing any issues to avoid delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and internal teams.
• Promptly resolve on-site challenges to maintain the project timeline and standards.
