LeoForce is seeking a Permanent Superintendent for Multi-Family (Wood Frame) to lead wood frame construction projects, primarily garden style and ground-up residential buildings. The role focuses on managing on-site operations, coordinating with PMs, and delivering high-quality work on schedule.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in superintendent roles, a track record in garden-style and wood-frame builds, and strong leadership with hands-on safety oversight.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role in the construction industry.
  • Experience managing garden style, ground-up wood frame construction projects.
  • Knowledge of construction procedures, OSHA guidelines, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with ability to lead a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on approach and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in construction software.

Job Details

As a Permanent Superintendent for Multi-Family (Wood Frame) in the Construction industry, you will be at the helm of our wood frame construction projects, primarily focusing on garden style and ground-up multi-family residential buildings. This position offers an opportunity to lead and manage construction projects from start to finish. You will be the key person responsible for overseeing the daily operations on the construction site and controlling the short-term schedule. The role also involves maintaining a safe working environment, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring the quality of work performed.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise all construction activities related to wood frame multi-family projects, ensuring that specifications and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain the construction schedule in conjunction with project team to meet the project deadlines.
  • Establish and manage relationships with team members, subcontractors, clients, and other project stakeholders.
  • Ensure safety on the project site by implementing safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the work is progressing as per the schedule and that the workmanship meets the quality standards.
