Job summary

NRP Investments LLC is seeking a Field Superintendent of Construction in the Charlotte area to coordinate on-site activities from conception to completion, supervise subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure safety and quality on multi-family projects.

With a high school diploma and at least 5 years of field leadership in multi-family construction, you will use MS Word, Excel and Outlook, possess a valid driver's license, and preferably OSHA 10/30, contributing to a collaborative,

Qualifications

• Education: Graduation from high school, with diploma. Education in the construction related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing the construction of multi-family projects with stable employment history and proven track record.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Effective oral communication and writing skills.
• Driver’s License Required: Yes
• OSHA 10 hour – 30 hour certifications a plus. First Aid training

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Assist with scheduling and coordination of subcontractors and materials; manage daily production schedules.
• Quality: Manage QA/QC procedures; ensure work complies with contract docs and specs.
• Safety: Enforce safety protocols per company program and regulations.
• Budget: Assist in materials management, sequencing of field operations, and project updates.
• Supervise: Oversee assigned construction activities, maintain files, and coordinate with municipalities and consultants.
