Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support the Project Superintendent in managing day-to-day construction activities at our Tennessee site. The role includes inspections, supervising subcontractors, quality control, safety, and jobsite paperwork, reporting directly to the Project Superintendent and Project Manager.

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in multi-family and wood framing projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily coordination with subcontractors and vendors as directed by the Superintendent.
• Ensure project documentation such as RFIs, daily reports, and punch lists are complete.
• Maintain a safe jobsite and enforce standards and procedures.
• Schedule trades with supervision of the Superintendent and attend jobsite meetings.
• Assist with closeout and organize jobsite files.
