Job summary

Stoa Group is seeking a Superintendent to lead field execution for a 312-unit multifamily project in Bartlett, TN. You will own middle-phase construction, coordinating MEP trades, inspections, and field operations from open wall through insulation, working with the Lead Superintendent and PM to hit safety and schedule targets.

Responsibilities include ensuring quality, enforcing safety, coordinating crews, and maintaining Procore documentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in multifamily, commercial, or residential construction.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing active field operations.
• Strong reading of construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and scopes of work.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce safe work practices on the jobsite.
• Own quality through MEP, open wall, insulation, stairs and railing phases; perform Procore inspections.
• Coordinate scheduled work with subcontractors to maintain production flow.
• Maintain field documentation and communicate project status to teams.
