Job summary

Stoa Group is seeking a Lead Superintendent for a ground-up multifamily project in Bartlett, TN. You will own the middle-phase execution, coordinating MEP trades, inspections, and field operations from open wall to insulation, while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time progress.

You will lead subcontractors, manage field teams, and maintain Procore documentation, collaborating with the Project Manager and Assistant Superintendent to keep multiple buildings moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in multifamily, commercial, or residential construction.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing active field operations.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, open wall sequencing, inspections, and jobsite execution.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and scopes of work.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and jobsite safety practices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software preferred.
• Ability to hold subcontractors accountable while maintaining productive working relationships.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of the project’s core building phases, coordinating MEP, inspections, and field operations from open wall through insulation.
• Coordinate subcontractors to maintain production flow and sequencing.
• Ensure work progresses safely, efficiently, and according to schedule while upholding quality standards.
• Maintain accurate field documentation within Procore and track inspections and progress.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions with field and project management teams.
