Job summary
CyberCoders is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support the Project Superintendent in daily construction activities at a DC-area project. You will supervise subcontractors, maintain safety and quality, and manage jobsite paperwork such as RFIs and punch lists.
The role reports to the Project Superintendent and PM. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in construction-related field and proven experience in multi-family or wood framing projects, with strong communication and coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction science, engineering, architecture, or related field
- Experience in multi-family, wood framing, structural concrete, and related construction projects
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Superintendent in day-to-day construction activities
- Supervise subcontractors and coordinate with vendors as directed
- Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness and quality control
- Prepare daily reports, RFIs, and punch lists, and ensure documentation is complete
- Schedule trades with supervision and attend jobsite meetings
- Organize and maintain jobsite files and closeout project tasks
