Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support day-to-day construction operations on a multi-family project. You will assist the Project Superintendent by coordinating subcontractors, maintaining site safety, and ensuring quality control and compliance with plans and codes.

The role requires a four-year degree in construction-related field or equivalent experience, strong communication, and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in construction science, engineering, architecture, or related field and/or equivalent experience.
• Experience in multi-family, wood framing, structural concrete, construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Keep job sites clean and machines serviced.
• Maintain all company tools and equipment.
• Coordinate and communicate with all subcontractors and vendors as directed by the Superintendent.
• Ensure project documentation and reports are complete (RFIs, daily reports, punchlists).
• Prepare general jobsite safety inspections and related inspections.
• Track, organize and maintain jobsite plans and addendums.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
