Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferred.
• 6+ years experience in Project Management with a General Contractor / Construction Management firm.
• Local subcontractor & vendor relationships in the greater TN / Southeast markets.

Responsibilities

• Initiate the construction process from design & land acquisition through buyout, scheduling to close-out.
• Coordinate with Site Management Staff for seamless construction operations.
• Encourage new sub/vendor relationships and maintain existing trade-partner relationships.
• Direct all facets of each project from pre-con to close-out, ensuring safety, budget and schedule compliance.
• Work with staff, owners and management to complete projects from Trees-to-Keys within the schedule.
• Manage 1-2 projects simultaneously pertaining to mid-rise apartment complex construction.
