Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily projects from planning through closeout. You will manage budgets, bids, and buyouts, coordinate subcontractors, and drive cost control while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in wood frame or multifamily construction, strong Excel/Takeoff skills, and a bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field. On-site position based in Charleston, SC with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field preferred.
• 5+ years of multifamily or wood frame construction experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook; experience with Timberline, Bluebeam, Adobe and Onscreen Takeoff.
• Driver’s license required; OSHA 30 hour preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, buyout scheduling, and budget management.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and manage change orders.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and AHJ requirements.
• Maintain budget, cost projections, and monthly draw packages.
• Coordinate with project team and stakeholders; ensure safety compliance.
• Review invoices and ensure timely payments.
