Job summary

The NRP Group in Tampa, FL is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support budgeting, scheduling, and document control on multifamily projects. This role reports to the Project Manager and requires strong organization and communication skills to coordinate with field crews, vendors, and design teams.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil field and 3+ years of multi-family project experience, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing construction of multi-family projects.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook; knowledge of Timberline, Bluebeam, Adobe and Onscreen Takeoff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budgeting and cost control; review budgets and change orders.
• Support project scheduling and resource allocation with the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Ensure quality and safety standards compliance and document control throughout the project lifecycle.
